To create an account on CC44 and use its services, users must meet all of the following requirements:
Registration on CC44 is free and completed directly on the platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Any inconsistencies in the information provided may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, with no refund of balances arising from bets placed using false data.
Each user may hold only one active account on CC44. A bet is considered confirmed at CC44 only after the confirmation message is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount is debited from the account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical failure or connection issue are not considered valid, and no amount will be deducted from the user's account.
Odds displayed on CC44 are calculated using statistical models and real-time market conditions. Pre-match odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the user. Live betting odds update every second throughout the event — the odd locked in at the moment you click confirm is the one that applies to your bet.
If an event covered by CC44 is cancelled before it begins, all single bets on that event are automatically refunded in full to your account balance. For combination (accumulator) bets, the cancelled selection is removed and the bet continues with the remaining events at recalculated odds. If only one selection remains in an accumulator after cancellations, the bet is settled as a single at the odds of the remaining event.
The cash out feature is available on CC44 for single and combined bets across major markets including football, volleyball, basketball, MMA/UFC, and e-sports. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on the current state of the event. CC44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend cash out during periods of technical instability or when odds cannot be calculated with sufficient accuracy.
Invalid bets: CC44 may void a bet and refund the staked amount in cases of an obvious odds input error (incorrect odds due to a system failure), incorrect information about participants or event conditions, or a violation of any rule described in this document.

The minimum deposit on CC44 is R$ 20.00. The platform charges no fees on deposits. Your balance becomes available for betting immediately after payment is confirmed. CC44 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any foreign payment methods.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed by CC44 within 5 minutes of request approval. Users must withdraw to a Pix key registered in their own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be automatically declined.
CC44 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above R$ 3,000.00 or when there is any indication of unusual account activity. Processing time may be extended to up to 48 hours in such cases.
Withdrawal to the original source: As part of our anti-money laundering policy, CC44 may require that withdrawals be processed back to the same method used for the original deposit, particularly for credit card transactions. In such cases, the amount is returned to the card, and any remaining balance may be withdrawn via Pix.
New CC44 users may qualify for a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on their first deposit. To activate the bonus, a minimum deposit of R$ 30.00 must be made via Pix or another accepted method. The bonus amount is automatically credited to the account as bonus balance after the first eligible deposit.
Bonus balances at CC44 are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. In such cases, CC44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonuses and any associated winnings, in line with standard practice across regulated betting platforms.
Users agree not to use CC44's services for any illegal activity or conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions. The following behaviors are expressly prohibited:
Violation of the rules described in this section may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your CC44 account, forfeiture of any balance derived from misuse, notification of the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence, and a permanent ban on registering a new account on the platform.
